Your email contains either a playlist link or a server address with username and password. Android TV players usually offer both methods on their first screen. Choose the method that matches your email; the player does not need anything else from Fox IPTV.

Setting up on Android TV or Google TV

On Google TV, go to the Apps tab and choose Search for apps. On Android TV, open the Apps row and select Google Play Store.

Search for an IPTV player, read the listing to confirm it accepts playlist links or account logins, and install it. Popular store-listed examples include TiviMate and IPTV Smarters; availability depends on your TV and country.

Pick the login method in the player
The first screen usually asks how you want to add content. Choose playlist (M3U) or account login (Xtream-style server, username and password) to match your email.

Add your Fox IPTV details and a name
Enter the details exactly, and give the entry a short name such as “Fox IPTV – Living room” so it is easy to recognise later.

Wait for channels and guide data
Leave the player on the loading screen until the channel groups appear. The programme guide can arrive a little later than the channels themselves.

If something goes wrong

Android TV problems and fixes

Find the message or symptom you see. If a fix does not help, contact support with your device model, player name and the exact wording on screen.

The app does not appear in Google Play

Some players are not offered on every TV model or in every country. Choose another listed player; avoid sideloading apps from unknown websites.

Login is refused

Check the server address includes everything shown in your email, including any port number, and that the password is typed with the correct capitals.

Guide shows “No information”

Give the player time after the first load, then use its refresh or update guide option once. Some channels have no guide data.

The TV feels slow after installing

Close apps running in the background, clear the player’s cache from Settings › Apps, and restart the TV.

Picture stutters on Wi-Fi

Move the router closer or use Ethernet. Many Android TVs have a network port on the back that gives a steadier picture than Wi-Fi.

The player closes on its own

Update it from Google Play, restart the TV and check free storage. If it continues, tell support the TV model and player version.
