Ordering, setup and plan questions
What happens after I send a subscription request?
We review your request and reply by email to the address you gave, with the next steps and your Fox IPTV login details once the request is accepted. Nothing is charged or activated automatically by the website.
What do the plan lengths mean?
A 1, 3, 6 or 12-month plan gives you the same service for that period. Longer plans cost less per month; the 12-month plan is the lowest monthly price.
Which devices can I use with my plan?
Fire TV and Firestick, Android TV and Google TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, MAG-style boxes, phones, tablets and computers. Each has its own setup guide.
Can I change the number of screens later?
Contact us with your current details and the number of screens you now need, and we will explain the options.
