“Is this channel included?”

Search the channel list first. If a channel or country is not shown it may still be available — the list is a sample and line-ups change. Tell us the channel name and country and we will check, or test it yourself on the free trial.

Your request or login

Waiting for your details, or need to change something on your request? Write to us with the email address you used and your reference, if you have one.

Details that get you a faster answer

With these, we can usually point you to the fix in one reply.

  • Your device, for example “Fire TV Stick 4K” or “Samsung TV 2021”
  • The name of the player app
  • What you were doing when it went wrong
  • The exact message on screen, or a photo of it without your login visible
  • Whether other channels or other screens work
  • For channel questions, the channel name and country

Keep your login safe

We never need your password

Your playlist link, username and password work like a house key. Do not post them in public groups or reviews. If we need account information, we will ask through the contact form or email.

Problems we see most often

The player says my login is wrong. What now?

Check you chose the login type that matches your email (playlist link or username and password), then retype the password — it is case-sensitive. Pasting from a phone avoids most typing errors.

The channel list is empty after setup.

The first download of channels and guide data can take several minutes. Leave the player open, then restart it once. If it is still empty, contact us with your device and player name.

One channel freezes but others are fine.

That usually points to the channel rather than your setup. Try again later and tell us the channel name if it continues.

Every channel buffers in the evening.

Close other streams and downloads in the home, move the TV to a wired connection if you can, and check how many screens are playing compared with your plan.

Where can I check how many screens my plan allows?

Your plan is the number of connections you chose when you requested it. If you are unsure, contact us with the email address you used.
