The trial request does not take payment and does not turn into a paid plan by itself. If you want to continue after testing, choose a plan and send a subscription request.

What to test during your free trial
A trial is most useful when it copies a normal evening at home. Work through these checks on the screen you will use most.
The channels you watch
Open the channels your household watches every week, not just the first few in the list. Note any you cannot find and ask us about them.

Watch at the hour you normally would — evenings and big matches are when home internet is under most pressure. Try a sports channel; fast motion shows problems quickly.
Programme guide (EPG)
Open your player's guide and check that now-and-next information appears for the channels you care about. Guide data can take a few minutes after the first load.
Your home connection
If the TV is far from the router, compare Wi-Fi with a network cable. Many picture problems disappear with a wired connection.
One screen at a time
The trial allows one connection, so stop playback on one device before testing another. Paid plans allow up to five screens at once.
